About the event

and DSLR! (Bring your DSLR or even just your iPhone!)
Join us for a walking nature photography class where our buddy Matt Mitchell will go over all the basics of aperture, ISO and F-Stop while you walk around the farm and wooded areas. DSLR is not required, but any camera (or phone camera) where you can manually adjust the settings would be helpful. All skill levels welcome!
After you have learned and practiced these useful photography techniques, put them to good use at golden hour before dining in the barn. Light dinner will be provided by Farm Spirit. (Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions) ahead of time. Feel free to BYOB. Please wear comfortable clothing and walkable shoes.
Matt Mitchell has been helping out at Such and Such Farm for over four years now. Prior to coming to the farm, he interned with National Geographic in Alaska and Ecuador. He enjoys nature photography, macro photography, videography and video editing. He's very excited to lead you around his favorite photo spots around the farm and help you take your photography skills to the next level!
