MEAT SWEATS

We're proud to raise our Iowa Swabian Hall hogs out on pasture and in the woods of our Missouri farm. In addition to what they forage for, they're fed a blend of hog feed and spent grain from Urban Chestnut Brewery and also tons (literally) of excess produce. This special blend of feed, pasture and genetics make for a red, marbled meat with creamy, flavorful fat.
